5. AI Features

Snipplet offers AI-powered content generation. When you use these features:

Your text prompts and/or uploaded photos are sent to a third-party AI provider for processing
Photos are processed in real time and are not permanently stored by us or the AI provider
The AI provider does not use your inputs to train their models
No personal information, account data, or existing content is shared with the AI provider
Generated place names may be sent to a third-party location service to retrieve addresses and coordinates; no personal data is included in those requests
We log prompts (not photos), response times, and success/failure status for service improvement
AI-generated content may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing it before use

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for:

Essential: Authentication and session management (always active)
Analytics: Understanding how users interact with the Services (only with your consent)

Some content may also be stored locally on your device; we are not responsible for data lost due to clearing browser storage or device changes.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Services. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data and private content within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law or necessary for legitimate business purposes (such as resolving disputes or enforcing agreements). Publicly shared content that has been copied or saved by other users may persist beyond account deletion.
